Andrew Keegan is an American actor who was most prominent in the 90s. He’s best know for his role in 10 Things I Hate About You as the bullish popular boy, “Joey Donner”, who harasses the two main character sisters.
His first movie role was in 1994 when he played “Zach Dell” in the cult classic Camp Nowhere. He was then cast as an older boy in the blockbuster Independence Day. As his popularity began to rise, so did his appearances in television shows such as Step By Step, Baywatch, and Full House. He also had reoccurring roles in 7th Heaven and Party of Five.
He stayed doing television as well as feature films, his boldest choice playing “Kevin” in The Broken Hearts Club: A Romantic Comedy. His other two big movies were the previously mentioned 10 Things I Hate About You and the adaptation of Shakespeare’s Othello in O.
He is still acting as of now, even trying out live theater in the award winning play, “He Asked For It” in 2009. He is currently filming a new movie entitled Living Among Us.
