Lamb Chop’s Play-Along was a children’s television show that aired on PBS from 1992-1997. The show’s lead character was Shari Lewis who played the many alter-egos of Lamb Chop, Hush Puppy, and Charlie Horse.
The show was filled with jokes, sing-along songs, games, and tricks. Shari Lewis was a puppeteer who brought life to the animal puppets and joy to those that watched. Her motto was to play along and participate in the fun, rather than just simply watch.
